Kifeas
You aim and eventually manage to gain their trust and sympathy, so that you can easily and persuasively convey to them your outrageous accusations and slanders against Papadopoullos.

Bananiot doesnt need to gain our confidence on this issue 90% of TCs do not trust anything Papadop says, they feel not only mistrust but hate towards a man that is associated with Eoka and Akritas plan, elements of the Cyprus issue which repulses us this in turn helps cement partition. Until GCs realize that this is a leader that will lead you guys a merry dance with only one aim and thats to stay in power for as long as possible and unless you kick him out then we can examine how or if we can reunite otherwise the south runs a very high risk imo of recognized partition, its a very risky game Papadop is playing, the stakes are high who knows what the result with be??? if the GCs are happy playing this game they have to realize what the end result can be.

Let me tell you another saying then which does not need much translation "to psema exei konta podia" "a lie has short legs" meaning that when we meet personally and chat over dinner about our beliefs and I tell you exactly where my party affiliations are, you shouldn't try later to pretend that you just deduced everything from my participation in this forum. This is a sneaky and thoroughly unfriendly thing to do. I know many AKEL members who have exactly the same ideas as me regarding Papadopoulos, not to mention DISI members and unattached persons.

Anyway, what I object to greatly is your obsession that I must have an ulterior motive in order to foster such ideas about Papadopoulos. I find this utterly unacceptable and an approach that oozes totalitarianism and fascism. This is what makes me very sad.

Bananiot, you gave more than enough tips in this forum for someone with even an average knowledge of GC political geography to be able to guess your political affiliations. Furthermore, if you were really troubled from my previous allegation towards your political affiliation, you could simply ignore it, or at least contradict or deny it. Instead, you have chosen to confirm it, which shows that you were not particularly offended. I just wonder why someone who has absolutely no problem to publicly express views that clearly indicate his party affiliation, to be troubled if someone declares the name of this party. And for the sake of accuracy, during our last meeting, you did not say were you belong now, but only were you used to be in the past and under what circumstances and reasons you left. And I remember this very well and I hope the other person who was there, remembers it too.

If your motive is to serve history and the truth, then you are doing no good service to them. If not, then what is it? Unless you want me to believe that you have nothing better to do than just waste your time in this forum and /or having fun by slandering Papadopoullos. If democracy for you, means to have the right to distort the truth and make slandering allegations against political opponents, then you may also call my stance towards you, a fascist one. I am also very sad from your behaviour. And I am even more sad for having to play the role of Papadopoullos advocate, because I have never identified my self politically with his overall ideological mind frame. Unfortunately though, when it comes down to such outrageous allegations that you often make here, you live no other option for me.

You even go further patronizing them in almost everything a GC poster is saying that amounts to any form of criticism towards the TC side. Kifeas, suppose when you were young you were carried away by some nationalists and killed some innocent TCs.Or you saw your father doing that. What would you do to wash out your guilt or the gult for the actions of your father?

Exactly! You would side with the TCs!

You would even be happy one day to donate them your properties and give them everything they want. You would advocate for them to have the "trnc" recognised, to have direct flights, to have free trade, bring in as many settlers as they like, support the complete and absolute equality 50-50 in everything. That will be your secret "exchange" that would clear the nightmares from inside your soul.
You would hate Papadopoulos because you think he was one of those who caused your original nightmares, and the fucking man who obstructed your "salvation" the last minute!

Bananiot take my advice. Go tell your real story publicly, and ask for forgiveness also publicly.

Stop talking rubbish MicAtCyp. No one in my family ever killed innocent or guilty turkish cypriots. My father was greatly respected by his many turkish cypriot friends and he always respected them. For you this may be difficult to understand as it is also very difficult to understand that a greek cypriot can agree with the "perpetual enemy". You chose to side with the Lazaros Mavros's of the GC community who have made it their cause these days to expose the Akritas plan as something entirely harmless and patriotic. I listen to this sick person every morning and I say to you. Keep him he is all yours, your ideological cousin. You have sided with the most reactionary forces in the GC community which have their hands stained with the blood of the innocent and you come here to sermon me and psychoanalyse me. Listen to this:

It is true that EOKA killed many GC for having a different opinion, using the exscuse they were traitors, the GC people suffered as much as TC.

he is just sturring up trouble. there are 2 ways to solve a problem. the democratic way or the violent way. the last thing we need is an idiot with a camera causing friction. justice will be served for the illegal invsasion via the EU and turks being annoyed and causing trouble on the streets will defeat years of hard work
