Well said Deniz !!

Miltiades: self-loathing progenitor of half-caste kids, and treasonous turk sympathiser. Are your kids half turk or something?

There is an unwritten rule on this forum that families of members are not debated. Noe you piece of shit fuck off .

I didn't read that anywhere. Although I think you just answered my question, and now I understand you. At least we now all know why you're so anti-Greek.

Its an "unwritten rule" you thick shit.

The Cypriot ethnicity is lunacy just like the (slavo) "Macedonian" ethnicity. Any solution to the Cyprus problem that does not acknowledge this fact is doomed to fail.

Yeah, Right!!! And since you have now discovered the "tachinopitta," which in fact coincides with the Turkish thesis on Cyprus -namely that there are two peoples and two nations in Cyprus and thus each should be entitled to a separate self-determination right; tell us now "re achriste" what kind of a solution to you propose we should adopt, in order to solve the Cyprus issue? Tell us “re ilithio kataskevasma pou se troi o kolos sou tzie pethima gamisi,” tell us what kind of a solution you propose!!! Partition???

Are you a complete fucking moron? Did I ever mention or suggest partition? Greece has to put up with the cancer of a muslim minority in western Tharki, was western Thraki partitioned between its Greek and mulsim inhabitants? Somehow you fuckwits in your minds manage to elevate a mere minority into a constituent "community" and "zone".

"James_mav," I suggest you are a Turk posing as a Greek Cypriot in order to better sell the Turkish propaganda on Cyprus! If not, you are at least a Turkish paid agent to act as a “fifth column” among the Greek Cypriot society! I hope you are at least one of the two, because if not, then you are a moron that has no clue where his mouth is, and where his asshole, and rather confuses the two and talks out of his ass! It is morons like you that elevated the TC minority into a separate constituent community, between 1955 - 1960, with your constant moronic talk about "enosis and only enosis, and it is morons like you that have elevated the TC community in 1974, with your pro-enosis coup! It is morons like that will eventually end us up into partition and confederation one day, for you keep insisting on the same dead-end and futile nationalistic rhetoric, after all that has happened due to the "ideas" and policies of your likes!

In case you have not realized it yet, since 1974 we live with one big "aggouri mesa ston kolo mas," which people with the same moronic ideas of yours have managed to put inside. Therefore, what should only concern us is how to get this "aggouri" out of our "kolos;" and not how to run around like "ksevrakotes" kai "gamimenes" Mariores, as long as we bear a Greek flag for a "feretzes" and a "kouroukla!" “Gamimene, e gamimene!”

Oh my...the game is up! It is criminal to think that there are unsolved crimes in the world while your powers of deduction are just sitting idle!

So now I'm the turk James Bond, sowing the seeds of dissent, plotting the downfall of the Republic of Cyprus. When will you understand that it is pointless to negotiate and offer concessions to the turks? Offering them no quarter in the 60's and 70's was the correct option, and offering them no quarter is the correct option now. You cannot dissolve the Hellenic nature of Cyprus just to get away with taking the soft option of offering olive branches to turks and letting them infiltrate the nation. Imagine Cypriot guardsmen saluting a tc vice president! The current anomalous situation is transitory, necessary pain for inevitable gain.

Oracle wrote:Sorry you are having problems with identity Deniz. Perhaps I can help. Your parents' mother tongue was Turkish, passed on to you. Your parents were Muslims, passed on to you. That you claim some relative married someone of another ethnicity at some point, may or may not contribute to your overall/partial ethnicity. But it makes no difference to your Nationality.

So, you may be ethnically Turkish, Cyprus-born with Cypriot citizenship (Nationality) if you recognise the RoC.

This is my take on it which would lead to the most harmony ..... :D

Oh dearest Turk/TC hater; the only way to shut you up is to provide you with an ancestral lineage. I can not, but I am still a Cypriot whatever you say. Btw, I have no problem with my identity. That is a GCproblem and a few TC too.

Whats it to you anyway. You are half Greek. I think its you with the problem.

On a serious note....and on the thread subject....How Cypriot would you feel on coming across a Makarios statue on your travels through a united Cyprus? How will you celebrate EOKA day?

I hope you will find these questions thought provoking rather than provocative.

Dont give me political B------. I am talking about where I belong and what I am..

Are you, or were your ancestors muslims? Do you speak turkish, or any dialect thereof? If you answered yes to either question, then you're a turk. You're not a Cypriot, you don't belong to Cyprus, and Cyprus does not belong to you. Cyprus belongs to you just as much as Poland belonged to the Germans when they invaded and partitioned it in 1939.

I know Deniz!! Where you are will be is standing next to a statue of Makarios or at the EOKA celebrations......I am asking who you will be then......Can you take that part of "Cypriotness"....

What people here are expressing is an affinity with the land called Cyprus....That is not Cypriotness. We could have had the same heroes of Cypriotness but it was not allowed to flourish. Attaturk and Makarios statues with arms around each other is a false history.

"James_mav," why don’t you instead just suggest what kind of solution you envision as the final outcome of the Cyprus issue, and how do you suggest we arrive to it in the first place? Why don’t you tell us what is it that you aspire, and more importantly, how it will be achieved? How do you plan to kill the 1960 international agreements on Cyprus, that like it or not have established the Republic of Cyprus as a bi-communal state; and how do you plan to kill all the UN resolutions since 1977, that call for a solution of the Cyprus issue on the basis of a bi-zonal and a bi-communal federation? Tell us how do we overcome all the above and arrive to your desired form of solution, while at the same time we also have the 1974 “aggouri” that your likes have managed to dig into our “kolos,” with 36% of Cyprus under occupation? Tell us how we have to proceed to your moronic and utopian solution that will renter the TC community into a mere minority in the whole of Cyprus? C’mon, do tell us your plans so that everybody sees who is the moron in this forum?

I might or migt not be at any celbration or near a statue. I am not for personal worshipping. My feelings for MkIII might be the same for some other TC who has ruined Cyprus. So what?
