Calling All CYs - Help Out Stavros Tonight

Feel free to talk about anything that you want.

If people are going to talk politics in this particular thread then they are sad!

Good on them, they went there to have a laugh and people took to them. Its not very often that our community gets represented on British television even though we have been here as long as the Asians and West Indians.

At first I thought it was a mock of our culture but f**k it, its a laugh and glad they represented us well.

I've been going through YouTube and get sooooo f**cked off with the hate written from mainland Greeks and Turks alike - sad wankers.

Stavros Flatley came 4th in the vote!

Good result overall for 10 strong acts - over a million votes cast!

The Cypriot boys did good.

You're a gem mate. I'll buy you a beer in a Free Anglisidhes with my winnings.

Hey Bill, what a couple of losers - us that is, pity we couldn't do an each way bet. Never mind it was a bit of fun, "Starvos" has done wonders for the image of Cypriots in the UK, who knows he may have even given the tourist industry a little boost as well.

Spot on brother, a fiver well-spent.

I watched the re-run on television this afternoon. All the acts were superb though I thought Flawless were more deserving than Diversity!

Poor Stavros looked 'knackered' to say the least - well over 110% input and I am sure that he is thinner! (No, not on top, who said that?) The owner? of the restaurant where Demetris works was interviewed on radio last night and he reckons that other performers from the restaurant will be on Britain's Got Talent 2010! One to watch!
