Why has it already been locked?

That thread and Miltiades thread in the Cyprus Problem section were closed because they disturbed the smooth operation of the forum.

If you want to bring a member back to the forum the best thing to do is to contact them privately and ask from them to come back.

Also, if you have a problem with the signature or behavior in general of any other member please contact me via a Private Message and I will take the actions I deem necessary.
