A MATTER OF PRINCIPLE.

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

A MATTER OF PRINCIPLE.

Postby miltiades » Mon May 25, 2009 9:15 am

For more than a week now we have had an individual on this forum having as his signature the highly offensive , racist and no doubt illegal statement - τούρκος καλός μόνο νεκρός - A GOOD TURK IS A DEAD TURK.

Cypriots are not savages , we are not the Taliban , such highly contemptible statements can be used by the Turkish authorities as representative of the G/C viewpoint , and I for one will never allow my self to stand by while a fellow G/C continues to exhibit and use as a signature a statement that is repulsive , uncivilized , divisive nonconstructive and damaging to our Cyprus.

Let this forum know that Miltiades will no longer participate on this forum while such nauseatingly offensive racist signature is allowed to continue.

Antio...

First of all you don't even grasp the true meaning of the saying.

It is an expression that means a "Turk can not be trusted" just like a similar saying such as "Kane Tourko Filo Kai krata xilo".

Only a vlaka can overreact in such a manner.....

I guess you will be back in a few days anyway....Just to keep your eyes on me... :eyecrazy:

I object on principle, that a couple of illiterate ignorants should dictate to others what they can and cannot say. Especially when Miltiades has paraphrased, a poor translation, without application of meaning.

That said, I think it is noble of james_mav to show understanding to such as these, afflicted with hysterical stupidity ... which also sums up most Turks, hence again defeating the object of the maxim, which is to challenge the Turk to change his evil ways.

But once again faint-hearted, enemy-Turk-loving damsels Bananiot and Miltiades, think the Turks will withdraw for autodidactic noble reasons ...

I too object on principle.

it is obvious to me that both Miltiades and Bananiot are pretending to not understand the true meaning of this phrase and it is disgusting that these 2 idiots have blackmailed james_mav to change his signature.

Obviously, jame_mav is very polite, but I can not stand these bullying tactics and have therefore borrowed the signature until Miltiades and Bananiot finally admit that they overreacted and offer us their understanding as to the saying's meaning or jamie_mac asks for his signature back.

There are freedom of expression issues here. I will not allow 2 idiots such as Banana and Miltiades damage the democratic rights of other forumers having their say....

Is your definition of "illiterate ignorants " one that says should one stand up to offensive , ignorant and highly damaging to Cyprus statements ,one is ignorant and afflicted with your illness.
How on earth does a protest against racist and damaging to the Cyprus cause remarks become in your dimented and rather imbesilic brain as "ignorant"
I told you a long time ago on this forum and also in a PM , that your views are not short of catastrophic to the Cyprus cause , irresponsible and not in line with the RoC agenda to proceed with the political war that has already produced a result of paramount importance.Instead you continue bitching about anything Turkish , spewing hatred and discord.
We have on this forum many T/Cs who see Cyprus as their homeland not least Kikapu , Birkibrisly , Deniz , Iceman and many more , not forgetting the young Vuryek, xxNilxx and many many more. They must become rather despondent at your remarks and at the statements of others with poisoned minds whom you support , but I assure them that there are thousands of Miltiadeses in Cyprus and this time we shall not cower at the face of blatant anti Cyprus actions .
Kikapu , a man I have met a few times , Deniz too are Cypriots through and through much more than you will ever be , so go to hell snake crawl back into your cesspit and take note I m keeping my eyes on you.
Smutty remarks have become your signature on this forum lending credence to your rubble-rousing incendiary profile .

I also believe that Miltiades and Bananiot owe jamie_mav an apology for their blatant blackmailing and bullying antics.... :?
