Talat wants a new Annan plan by the end of 2009.

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

TC's as European citizens will be protected as all other European citizens of a minority status in a European State and therefore they have no real arguments for siding with Turkey in occupying Cyprus' territory and denying 200,000 people of their basic human rights.

No body cares enough about your claims to impose sanctions on Turkey, you over estimate your importance on the world stage. Refugees will have a right to return but that is only part of the whole package, security and power sharing are also very important issues which cannot just be left to chance where there is a hostile revenge seeking majority involved.

Only if the "Rubber Stamp" has True Federation, True Democracy, Human Rights, International laws and EU principles are written on it, which I believe they will say YES.

Since you asked the question, if the above principles are on the "Rubber Stamp", which way will you vote.?

Land distribution Power sharing and Security are the most important issues for me so reading how they have been resolved using the "Rubber Stamp" ı will vote accordingly. What will you do if their are derrogations like the AP?

The EU answered that via Oli Rehn last month. No derrogations.

AP did not just have "derogations" that both sides could have agreed to accepting them just for the sake of having peace in 2004, but rather it was a very Racist, undemocratic, Human Rights and International law violation. The EU was not even a direct factor then as they are now, so if I were you, I would not expect any derogations to look like the one in the AP. We have discussed on my "BBF" plan how some derogations can be applied where it will not effect too many people, if any, but that would mean of course, that 50% of the north would need to be returned back to the GC's, other wise, I cannot see any derogations being accepted by the GC's unless it is a temporary one during a transitional period.!

He said "transitional period" and not "generational period".!

transitional periods on the AP came to an average of 3 years. You think we're going to sign something worse than that?

Its over mate, the EU has shut the door on permanent derogations and now they're saying they won't even allow temporary ones unless for very few exceptional ones.....but still temporary.
