How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Which anatolian cave did you crawl out from.

In Greece there are about 100.000 muslims of whom about 50% are of Turkish origin (they are Turkish speakers), about 35% are pomaks and the rest are muslim roma. Greece objects to the use of the work "Turk" to describe the minority as a whole. Other than that the minority have their own religious institutions and schools where instruction is done both in Greek and Turkish and have three representatives in parliament.

Now tell us about the rights and freedoms enjoyed by the Kurds and Greeks in Turkey or the Greek Cypriots of the occupied areas of Cyprus - the ones that you ethnically cleansed that is.

Turks living in that country care especially when their associations are banned by the Greek court just for carrying the name " Turk".

On the other hand, Turkey has not honored her agreement about the Greeks that would stay in Turkey, and has actually exterminated most of them.

For example the islands of Imbros and Tenedos that would remain under Turkish rule had a majority of Greeks. With the Treaty of Lausanne Turkey agreed to give a special autonomous administrative status to those people. Not only it didn't do that, but on the contrary it ethnically cleansed almost all Greeks from those islands.

Now Turkey is again trying (like they did in Cyprus) to use that Muslim minority as a way to serve their expansinistic aims against Greece.

Maybe the Greeks were stupid for not doing what the Turks did? If the Greeks acted like the Turks there wouldn't even be a Muslim minority in Greece today.

Pressurised them into emigrating would be a more accurate statement.

One of the methods used was by killing several of them and forcing the rest to flea to save their lives.

In Greece the Muslim minority has higher standards of living than most people in Turkey, and this why their population is constantly rising (otherwise they would emigrate to Turkey).

They are recognized as a minority (something which Turkey refuses to do for the 20% Kurds!) and the only thing is that they are labeled as "Muslim Minority" instead of "Turkish minority", which is in accordance with the Treaty of Lausanne.

If it wasn't for the Turkish expansionism with the pretext of "protecting" Turkish minorities, something which was demonstrated clearly with the case of Cyprus, I am sure Greece would not mind to change the label for that minority from "Muslim" to "Turkish".

I think you will find that many of the techniques used were far more subtle, such as the imposition of a "wealth tax" during the second world war which was applied very arbitrarily and the brunt of which was borne by non-Muslim minorities.

You will have to forgive the Greeks for not really giving a shit about how this muslim minority chooses to self-identify.

By international treaty and in reality they're a muslim minority, and Greek citizens at that. Politically there's nothing turkish about them; nobody cares what language they speak in their own homes or how they self-identify. And in case they're ever tempted to collaborate with a foreign power against the interests of the Hellenic Republic, they would do well to remember the short shrift given to the cham and the slavophones when they collaborated with foreign powers with designs on Greek territory. Nobody recognises their property rights...
