Cyprus IS that Brilliant

Postby RichardB » Thu May 21, 2009 11:26 pm

A post to combat the depressive factions on forum who cannot or will not see the aspects of life on the Island which make it so unique and diverse.

Despite all the past history with the British the people still make us welcome as guests and residents on their Island

The towns are safe and in the main free of crime

Contrary to popular belief we do not get ripped off by the Cypriots

We have the sophistication of the cities and the tranquility of the mountains (In one day if you like)

Chidren still in the main are growing up with respect for their elders and are taught to respect family values

Go in a bar or restaurant and you can always find someone to have a chat to

Rates for services are cheap and services generally good

No one minds if you linger for an hour over a cup of coffee

Fast food is nice and slow

Come on the rest of you expats lets show our appreciation for the people of Cyprus
