Could this be the start of direct talks?

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Could this be the start of direct talks?

...between the RoC and Turkey?...bypassing the tcs?

Christofias meets with Turkish NGOs in London

LONDON – Greek Cypriot leader Demetris Christofias met yesterday with representatives of Turkish associations and non-governmental organizations, or NGOs, as part of his visit to London.

He said that he hoped a solution would be reached in Cyprus before northern Cyprus President Mehmet Ali Talat’s term ends. Christofias added that though the foundation had been laid for talks, there remained much to do before a united Cyprus could be built on this base.

Viewpoint, you must refrain from ruining the lovely dreams our GC friends have every so often. They also believe that the earth is flat and the sun revolves around the earth. Also Greeks will return to Izmir and Istanbul.

It's a bit like playing golf in a bunker. You keep hitting and the hole you are in keeps getting bigger and deeper.
Every year that passes by makes the agreement a little more unlikely.
Will they ever learn?

They claim TCs r mouthpiece of Turkey, yet they don't satisfy and wanna talk directly with Turkey; as if, in such a case they would be able to find a solution based on Greek-GC thesis.
