No VP. ALL TC still has legal rights to their land and their properties still bear their names on their titles. The properties owned by TCs are currently looked after by a trust until the TC owners lay claim to their properties. It is absolutely their problem for not claiming their land.
People have tried to claim their properties in the south but they have been treated differently from other Citizens, why is that?
You can not claim that the RoC displays double standards. The double standards are displayed by the "trnc" regime and the ECJ fully understands this, hence the recent ruling against the Orams. TCs are able to claim their land within the RoC but GCs have never been able to take legal ownership over land and property that they were ethnically cleansed from
Why? do they treat you just as they treat me? why do I have hurdles placed in my way when you dont?
Furthermore, the "trnc" regime has issued fake title deeds to stolen GC owned property and sold these properties to other TCs, Turkish Settlers, and even British Scavengers at a cheap price. This is the type of corrupt society you have become and now you have the audacity to state that the RoC has double standards when in actual fact this is not possible as the RoC is a full member of the EU and has successfully met all its obligations in implementing all EU Acquis criteria, which can be said is a benchmark in democracy, human rights and freedom of movement. These are the very ideals which you are trying to deny all Cypriots because these freedoms and rights do not suit your desire to exploit stolen GC land which does not belong to you.
Does the TRNC being "corrupt" as you claim give the GCs the right to treat us any differently from GCs? You are the one claiming you apply EU standards because you have passed the tests of the EU but when we shout you apply double standards you cannot see no you do not want to see that we are discriminated against for the events of 1974 to which GCs also contributed. You r double standards give is the right to take your courts to the ECHR and ask them to get you to do the right thing like when they made you give the TC his home back in the south.

People who have gone through the correct channels, by proving that they are not residing on land owned by GCs, have ALL been able to regain their rightful properties.
You can't have it both ways, by exploiting land and property that does not legally belong to you and at the same time requesting your own land back.
But what the RoC does do is maintain the rightful owner's name on the title deeds, which means they are still the legitimate owners of their property and this can never be denied, and once they have proven themselves to not be in contravention of any RoC laws, then they are free to claim their property without let or hindrance.
What the RoC does not do is issue illegal title deeds or sell property that belongs to TCs. Instead these properties are preserved by a RoC trust and maybe issued as refugee housing but they can never be sold to other parties and neither do the GC residents of those properties have any ownership. This is the opposite to the "trnc" which does issue fake titles and sells stolen GC property to other TCs, Turkish Settlers or Brit Scavengers and this is why your regime is internationally condemned by the UN, EU and ECJ.
Why? do they treat you just as they treat me? why do I have hurdles placed in my way when you dont?
Why don't you give my partner's house back and her grandparent's house back? Why don't you give my Father In Law's Petrollina back?
The RoC is an EU member. As such all citizens are treated equally and the 70,000 TCs who hold RoC citizenship and enjoy the benefits of RoC funded health care can testify to this fact.
So too can the 700 TCs who are living permanently in the ROC, who have already claimed their legitimate properties. Thousands of other TCs living overseas have also done the same and are free to travel to the RoC and enjoy their properties just like any other GC citizen.
There are no obstacles. The obstacles that exist are as a result of the Turkish Invasion and the occupation of Cyprus since over 180,000 GCs were ethnically cleansed from the north and are unable to return to their towns and villages and are unable to access their properties, which may have also been sold illegally to other third parties and with illegal fake property deeds issued against international law.

There are no double standards because the TCs still maintain legal ownership of their land and this ownership is preserved and guaranteed by the RoC and its Land Registry.
If you think you have an ECHR case, then by all means apply. But rest assured, the RoC has covered its bases, and does not deny legal ownership of any property owned by TCs.
