Incidently the location isnt so relevant. Its what a Hotel can offer. The Dorchester is on a very busy road..Park Lane but that doesnt mean its not one of the best.

Any views on the used condoms on the beach. The Four Seasons is a tourist hotel with beach and sea thrown in, so location does matter.
The Dorchester is a city centre hotel with roads and traffic thrown in, so you know where you are going.

I have only been there a couple of times on business so really didnt get the time to go condom hunting.. blimey sorry started this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I didnt actually see that many tourists there.

Just saw your other post. Yes service is good, staff are friendly and attentive. Another plus is the ice cream parlour.
