No actually Z4 ... I don't care what transactions they carry out at this late stage ... I care only for the next stage which is rounding them all up and seeing them penalised for their conduct, and for the GC refugees to feel like they have some degree of control back regarding their ancestral homes ...

Some stupid bargain seeking 'Brit with no brains' is not going to change anything at this stage!

The person in that thread does state towards the bottom they are looking for pre-74 TC deeds to be fair..... though that's probably not out of conscience

doubt theres any pre 74 tc titles left...

not long till they all get there just deserts!!!! :)

You mean like all those Brits who bought in good faith in the south who are now finding that due to corrupt lawyers and developers they are now very much in danger of losing their homes? :wink:

I disagree with you there. Look at any Turkish Cypriot daily newspaper and turn to the property for sale section and you will see that plenty of them are advertised as having Turkish title. There is nothing illigitimate or illegal about such sales.
