Well those in the South at long last MIGHT get their Deeds now too Shame that the only way to resolve problems with buying in the South is those tens of thousands wronged by the system in the South have had to resort to the EU too

The RoC title deeds issue is an INTERNAL affair that can be easily sorted out once bureaucracy has run its course, but I cannot say the same about the Turkish Cypriot international scam which you can read about here…

Of course this post will be ignored as it deals with property scams in the South. Bury Head Sand.

No of course I did,nt want to intentionally cloud ANY international wrong doing, invasion war killing or evil perpetrated here or anywhere. My apologies if thats how it came over. Written word sometimes clouds emotions.

BUT I do know that this latest court ruling right though it is, has without doubt given power to the pressure groups in South Cyprus as its a much bigger problem than first thought in a far different vein of course BUT its not feeling internal to them as NO action for them so far befits that it now becomes international and has. I don,t think for a second this will/should interfere with anything in the North, but the media internationally has grabbed it and just might use a very uninformed opinion on the two sides and property dealing.

Of course the South,s problems are internal but they happened, and they did,nt get put right, and worse is happening as Developers are going belly up. Cyprus has some awful history to be corrected it really does,nt need this open wound in the South caused by many greedy people and seemingly red stamped by the authorities.

I have mine by the way so its a not a personal gripe Title Deeds that is. Will pm you if I feel I,m speaking to myself again thanks.
