Despair caused by years of oppression can make a man do some extreme things. I'm not condoning it AT ALL, but just put yourself in the position of some innocent villagers who's families have been slaughtered/blown up by illegal occupiers, fucking up their country.

Attrocities have been committed all over the world over the years, and USA have not invaded to help liberate these people... why? Because they wont gain anything. Again, if you truly believe they went to iraq/afghanistan to help people, you are the naiive one.
Are iraqi/afghan people in a better position now? Is their puppet democratic government helping, or liked by the majority of the people?
