The Orams only crime is being gullible. The real criminals are those that are selling off Greek Cypriot property. IMHO.

Gullible Deniz!!! I'm not so sure, there have been enough warnings for many years now re purchasing property in the occupied areas.

IMHO they are noe Playing the gullible party but as you say the land should not have been able to be sold in the first place

OK, apart from being gullible a bit blind ignorant to the realities of the Cyprus problem. They purchased the land before all the warnings etc. I am not saying they are completely innocent; only that the sellers, the lawyers and estate agents are more guilty for what was and is going on. Do not think I am defending them. All guilty parties should pay justice, but then pigs may fly.

So, according to nonsense of Orams' Court verdict; seller of the "stolen" land and the authorities who gave permission to the sale of the "stolen" land didn't commit any criminal acts but just the buyer of the "stolen" land, Orams committed a criminal act?  Total galimatias.

Well you said it earlier Insan

The person who bought the land was doing an illegal deed because

The person who sold the land did not have the authority to do so

The leadership of the land did not have the authority to give permission to sell it!!

And the GC who owns the land is according to most setttlers and british carpetbaggers has no duristiction to claim the land back

So why there's no judgements in Oram's Court verdict regarding accessory before the fact?

We shall ask the British High Court, because demolishing a house here needs the permission of the government. There are laws and regulations in this country.

There is only one country one government and one set of laws. Those of RoC! Lets see if she will continue to play stupid and pretend that she does not understand this after they will lose their home in the UK.
