EuroDrivel

Postby bill cobbett » Thu May 14, 2009 7:36 pm

Reminded that this Sat is the lowlight of the year with the EuroDrivel ballony. Rest of the family absolutely love it but I have nothing but contempt for it.

Cheesy, drivellous nonsense, musically less than shallow. All show, bright flashing lights and where mediocre singers are made to sound good with autotune and a bit of echo.

Shame we won't be seeing that young girl, our northern sister putting on a turn. That would have added some much needed interest.

The whole thing, apart from the dodgy voting, is Drivel.

It is cheesy and I really don't like cheese, but I always watch it :? Tonight is the 2nd semi-final with Cyprus. Lets hope we can pass to the final! :D

Must confess to two things. I have just watched the CY entry.

The second thing? VP was right, as brave as the girl is to appear on EuroTV, the song was poor.

( as I typed that I could hear an even worse song from elsewhere. Oi you lot, turn that bleeding TV down! Or off!)

Our dear gori Bubboulia - no way. Hell will freeze over and we'll have a CyProb settlement before I endure that.

Oh, Billy boy, I fear the more you protest, the less likely I am to believe your little 'facade'!
Just come clean and admit how much you love 'Eurovision'. (you know you want to! )
