A colleague of mine is sending his wife and daughter over for the summer and looking for a simple 1 BR or studio within walking distance of the beach for a 1.5 month stay. They are non-smokers/drinkers.

Likewise, they will be happy to stay elsewhere on Cyprus as long as there's a nice sandy beach nearby.
