If you have a full adress of the buyer its better to send it through a lawyer but this does not change much in respect of sending it by your self..remember to send it as register letter through post or keep the receipt of delivery if you decide to send it through fax.. Did you gave them the possesion of the appartment (any keys so they stored there any items or devices )??hope not since thats very crucial..
