BRITISH MPs ! Greedy sods !!

Postby miltiades » Fri May 08, 2009 9:33 am

Not only MPs but ministers too , in it for what they can get. I have never come across a more corrupt money mad lot as these scumbags now running or rather ruining the country.
I have always known that expense claims by the MPs are extravagant , greedy and selfish. The government goes after the little man claiming extra benefits , and so it should , and yet these greedy sods get away
with it.
There is no stopping them now , some are claiming for carrier bags 5 p at a time !!! light bulbs too !!
The Great British tradition of fair play seems to be under threat by the very people that the nation entrusted in running the country.

The British army in the meantime has been told that there will be no salary increases , we cant afford it , yet these greedy bastards are feathering their nests continually.

No offence miltiades but tell us something we don't know!

Our MP's and minister are the scum of the earth - who make cut backs in education and NHS (which effects my job) so they can claim for things like the above.

Why should they have a second bloody home anyway? Stay in a bloody hotel for christ sake like everyone else on a business trip. I could really let rip, but I won't.

At the next election I plan to position myself in close proximity of a polling station armed with placards calling all politicians ""EXPENSES ADDICTS ""
The Euro ones are even worst. KINNOCK IS A MULTIMILIONAIRE NOW AS A DIRECT RESULT OF HIS "BUSINESS" ACUMEN !!!!!!

Have seen too many elections have heard too many promises , they are ALL of the same block , corrupt and money mad . In fairness I would say that although I was not a fan of Thatcher , on the contrary I couldn't stand the woman , she however was a dedicated politician who put her duties above personal gain.
The weird thing is that if these people were not in politics they would no doubt be in some other field of "work" where they would most probably, like the rest of us , make their own way to work , not be paid over and above their salary just for attending their work , would naturally pay for their own carrier bags "" dirty films , Viagra and all the other items that they currently claim.
I have to admit that I only ever knew one Conservative MP , and I may add that I met him after he lost at an election. We became great mates , we both loved wine and spent many happy hours sharing a bottle ( Beaujolais nouveau 1986 we drunk 12 bottles just the two of us ) and having a laugh at the antics of MPs and what they got up to . He always said to me that if I wasnt a bloody foreigner I could join the conservatives !!!
Alas , he recently suffered a stroke and cant do much now.

Beaujolais nouveau strength is no more than about 9% , although currently producers induce more alcohol bringing it up to about 11%.
My grandfather lived to be 104 , died of old age I may add.
He made his own wine as most people did in that part of Paphos , Theletra to be exact , he consumed daily a LAMITZANA of red wine , and yet I never remember seeing him intoxicated !!!
My own father too , although not to the same extend as my grandfather drunk a moderate amount until his late 60s. Died of pneumonia aged 84 but was a heavy smoker for many years where my grandfather never smoked .

Re babbou Milti, your post about the Euromps stayed with me for much of the morning. Yes, I would dread to think what we would uncover on that gravy train.
