Because you need to be a man to accept that the lying regime you're living under was established on the murder and rape of innocent people.

You need to be a man to accept you're living in an open prison, isolated from the world, to pay for those horrible crimes that were comitted in 1974.

35 years and counting...

For a crime you didn't commit but which was done in your name.

This is how u see from ur own perspective and it has no difference from the well known propagandist GC-Greek perspective.

400 pages of CIA report reveals most of the thing regarding 1973-1976 period. There r so many other reliable sources revealing many aspects and darksides of Cyprus problem and what's happened. I believe in reliable knowledge not dirty propaganda.

The Cypriots must be the world's greatest propaganda specialists to have convinced the whole planet to treat the north as a prison and everyone living there as prisoners - for crimes never committed.

But you don't believe Turkey's denial of any atrocities could itself be dirty propaganda?

The whole world is wrong to treat you as a prisoner but Turkey is right.

report from cyprus

(By Stanley Karnow)
Nicosia

One afternoon last week a pair of Turkish jet fighter planes appeared over this
city, darting across the azure sky like silver birds, and although they flew oflf
within a matter of minutes, their impact was electric. Offices emptied, merchants
quickly shuttered up their shops, and those who could motored into the nearby
hills amid rumors that the aircraft were reconnoitering for a fresh offensive by the
Turkish forces, which already occupj^ the northern tier of the island. Nothing of
course occurred, and a day later all was again calm. Yet the moment of ])anic
dramatized the extreme nervousness of the Greek Cypriots, who vastly outnumber
the local Turkish minority. Their apprehension is understandable for the invasion
of Cyprus by Turkey that followed the ouster of President Makarios 10 weeks ago
has been devastating. Hundreds of Greek and Turkish Cypriots have been killed,
often in atrocious circumstances, and new tales of slaughter, rape and jiillage are
detailed nearly every day by one ethnic group in an effort to impugn the other.

Don't forget to include what Polis mentioned earlier in this thread: this, from the European Court of Human Rights:-

VI. Conclusion

374. The Commission, by 12 votes against one, finds that the incidents of rape described in the above cases and regarded as established constitute "inhuman treatment" in the sense of Art. 3 of the Convention, which is imputable to Turkey."

A similar thing happened in the Bosnian civil War involving rapes and such.
It was far worse as I remember, why was it that the Greeks supported the Serbs?

It is such a shame that Murataga, Atlilar and Sandallilar ladies are not here to tell us what the GCs did to them before murdering them. Don't be stupid, all armies behave the same way. Yours is no different.

Those would have been easy to confirm in post-mortems ... I don't believe any such evidence was found. Stop hoping ... Not everyone behaves as bad as Turks.

Search your soul deep because you are a troubled lady. One murder is no different than another. Turks are no better or worst. Stop living in dream land come back to earth.
