The Turkish army saved Cyprus! And we all thought they slaughtered, raped and pillaged the island in an orgy of barbarism. How wrong can we be? How grateful we should be to the murdering bastards. I take my hat off to you, VP, for your sheer audacity and your ability to cling to the most paranoid and mindless delusion and display it on a public forum without a hint of irony. And with a pride that is staggering in its self-righteous perversity. You really are a credit to your people.

If you ever find out the truth of what Sampson did to GCs, share it with us.

Please don't insult us by saying they killed only 97. They held the left wing of GCs in equal contempt to the Turks. One when asked who he would chose to live with between the Turks and the Communists, said neither. How many communists were in RoC at the time? I suggest that they would all have been wiped out.

Thank you for sharing with us your knowledge of Cypriot history. I had no idea that Turkey invaded Cyprus to save Greek Cypriot communists from the wrath of Nikos Sampson. We are forever in Turkey's debt. How can we ever repay the Turks for such an enlightened, selfless gesture?

I have always thought that the Turkish army used the coup as a pretext to partition and ethnically cleanse the island and that Turkey had no interest in the treaty whose violation had been the excuse for its invasion. All along I thought that it wanted partition and that is why its generals unleashed a barbaric assault on innocent civilians and on the restored legal government of Cyprus.

How ungrateful we must seem to the Turks. I had no idea that you had our best interests at heart. We clearly owe you an apology for not fully appreciating your efforts. No wonder you are so bitter and angry with us.

There is only one fair solution. All Turks who are afraid to live in peace with us Greeks must go back to their homeland of Turkmenistan. Greeks do not rape, slaughter, or deny anyone of their human rights. Look at Greece and free Cyprus, all people are free to do live as they want as long as they respect other people rights: freedom of religion, rights to their own property and do not rape or steal. Unlike the Turks who burn down Greek churches. Bring criminals to steal and settle in Greek homes and rename Greek towns and cities to that barbaric language they call Turkish.

Viewpoint you never fail to "impress" us with your mole-like ability to blindly dig and tunnel into the depths of dirt you call home. Worm!

You are a most sadistic and depraved Turk of the "highest" order such that only an effective launch (sans life-jacket) across the sea to the Hades from whence you hail will leave this land once again bathed in normality.

Drop dead you disgusting Turk ...
