I want to have metal railings made for my veranda walls. I want them to be cat-proof so the standard models on the market are unsuitable. There needs to be a maximum gap between the bars of 55 mm and the bars need to extend down to near the ground so there is no space left for a cat to crawl under. There are several companies in the UK that can make these railings to order. I wonder if this can be done in Cyprus. The preferred materials are stainless steel or aluminuim, but iron can be considered. If anybody in Cyprus can do this kind of work at about the cost of having this done in the UK and shipping to Cyprus, I would prefer to support local industry. Any leads?

Try also Michalis in Dhoros. He made my spiral staircases and all my iron railings. I had shepherds crooks intertwined in the design, all made from iron.
