A good friend of mine is comign from UK and i would like to take him out for a nice fish meze... which are the best places in Pafos? i want a place CYpriots ussualy go

Hi Ray, Tirimos on Agapinor Street(Little Moscow) is the one most Cypriots prefer. Spondas near bar street is also another one they go to. I personally prefer the Ocean Basket, it's not a cypriot meze place but good fish (I beleive it's a South African franchise). They also serve sushi as well. If you like I can give you directions to any one of these places. Note: The Ocean Basket is a non smoking restaurant unless the weather is good and you sit outside.

You could try the Filiotis Fish Tavern - turn off the B6 on the road to the airport. After a couple of kilometres the road swings around to the right and you turn left there down a single track road Go along for 300 metres or so and you come to this tavern (right on the sea front).

Full of Cypriots - especially on Sunday lunch time
