Piratis, the “big bang” theory is one that attempts to explain the EXPANSION of the cosmos but NOT its birth.
The initial trigger is the most important thing and not the natural yet complex process that took place thereafter, which the “big bang” theory then tries to explain.
There are theories for the initial trigger as well. But if we assume that there was a big bang then your Religion theories are proven wrong already. Is there anything in the Bible referring to a big bang? No.
That's based on your assumption that God wanted to discuss details of the creation with man and that he would use the same terminology as the person who coined the phrase "big bang"!
The crux of the gospels is the alleged "coming kingdom of God" and not cosmos theory, but let's not sidetrack into that.Furthermore, any specific religion theories have already been proven wrong. For example we already know for a fact that the world was not created in 7 days and that the earth is not the center of the universe.
When you read in the bible that the universe was created in 7 days it actually refers to 7 millenniums not 24-hour days!
Maybe it actually refers to the seven dwarfs?
By Snowhite you're onto something!By the way, seven millenniums (7000 years) is still not much different than 7 days. We know for a fact that our universe is more than 10 billion (10000000000) years old
Now like a good religious person go and "refer" from your bible what science taught you, and say that each day is a billion years
God tells us it took him “6 days” to CREATE the universe, (on the 7th he rested) but he doesn’t say how long ago so don’t jump to conclusions…
How long ago?
According to the Bible ... 6,000 years ago
So the Choirokitians existed since before God created the World.
