What do people know about Davutoglu?

Hi -

Do people have opinions on how Turkey's new Foreign Minister Davutoğlu plans to approach the Cyprus problem, what his view are, or if his appointment to FM will even have any impact on negotiations?

Analysts say he will have a positive impact. He was the architect of the turn around policy "the non-solution of the cyprob is not a solution" as opposed to the previous slogan that the Cyprob was solved since 1974.
