Hi, how can you ask 350 to rent a room? I am going to be paying 320 for a 2 bed furnished app.

each room is 350 euros has nile sat ac double bed and is furnished to a very high standard all bills included and use of all kitchen and washing machine etc the house has a large covered porch that over looks the large private pool house also comes with a large drive way there is also a kiosk 2 mins away and a petrol station 1 min away the house is just of the main road with no passing traffic. The house is 1o mins from the heritage school i will be willing to take any eu worker thanks
