To answer your question - NO - cos some of us don't go around violently throwing people out in to the streets. We prefer the Courts to judge who is right and who is in the wrong and the Scamming Land Thieves in the Occupied North certainly got a beating this week didn't they????

My question to the many (so called) learned friends in this forum will be: DOES THAT MEAN THAT ALL PROPERTY ILLEGALY BUILT UPON TURKISH LAND IN THE SOUTH HAS TO BE DEMOLISHED TOO?

C'os if it does not, I am about to start a case against the Cyprus Government for doing exactly the same to my family's property in Alektora! And it is worth at least 10 times more than Oram's one! Let me see how the Greek Judge who is presiding over these hearings will wiggle out of that one!

the difference T-C is that your aunt can move to the free areas and re-claim her property...she choses not to...big difference...
