Well no, in fact 17% is their MAX entitlement.... anything else is just blackmail!

Does anyone know, it was not plucked out of the sky.....this figue is nearly always quoted and the GC leaders do not object. It has alway intrigued me to find out and meeting a friend who took part I asked and he explained the formula, the deciding factor was the state land which was the key, the 50% being allowed for the return of GCs wanting to reside in the TC state.

I know its not in your nature but Ill try anyway, be serious how was this figure calculated there must a reasoning behind it.

65% = Privately owned land
18% of this 65% =11.5%
35% State owned land
50% of this 35% = 17.5%

11.5% + 17.5% = 29% this figure is always on the tbale now we know why.

VP the calculations are not as easy as that. 1% of land in the south does not equal 1% of land in the north. Try 1% in the south=10% in the north and you will be nearer the figure. Its current land values and not square meters of land being compared.

Amazingly, it works out near-perfect when you covert the 17 to Euros!

17 / 0.59 = 28.81 !!!
