Actually VP, you have made a mistake! You should have 100% of Cyprus and also the rest of the planet in your exclusive ownership and disposal, since your "father" told you that "one of you equals the whole world." And then you wonder why the GCs and the rest of the world take you for a joke.

Then…

a. Privately owned land: 100 - 26.3 = 73.7%

b. TC ethnic ratio: Based on private ownership strength…

(12.3 x 100) / 73.7 = 16.69%

c. TC share of State land: (16.69 x 26.3) / 100 = 4.39

d. Total TC land entitlement: 12.3+ 4.39 = 16.69%

Total area of privately owned land was 65% 18% of this was TCs.
the remaining 35% was state land of which TCs got 50% allowing for the return of a certain number of GCs to the TC state, thats how they arrived at the 29% always quoted at the negotiations and even in the AP.
