these are all applies for both parties . The problem with u my mate u see only your benefits ... it does not work only for one side of the benefits.
u raze off others places , u raze off others roots or memories and ask them to accept to join with u DT .... That what is Turkish Cypriots are asking everyday in North . We are talking about TC's that left their homes in 1963 and 1974 DT .... numbersssssss ..... thats all numberssss ....how u can gain trust or sympathy of those people .... how they shocked when they visited their homes first time .... most of them they didn't visit their birth places again from now on ....
cymart wrote:So why is it such a strictly prohibited Turkish Military area? Can anyone explain?Maybe all the former occupants should one day just force their way into it en masse, hoist an E.U. flag and refuse to leave until the Turkish Military at least give it to the U.N!!But do they still care enough to do it??

The rest of the village is in tatters as a result of neglect and disrepair .
It has not been wantonly damaged , the fact the Mosque is still standing is an indication that the village has not suffered from criminal damage but sheer neglect.
The village is situated in a scenic spot and a rather beautiful area of Paphos .
It is a shame that this village , as well as others , have been neglegted by the RoC relevant authorities but I presume that any improvements or repairs can only be carried out if inhabitants are living in the vilage.
Dear Miltiades ,
People in north does not understand why it was neglected ....why .... why they were left to collapse .People are asking these questiones . was it part of plan or plans ?
My sister husband is from one of the Paphos villages to Miltiades . He was born in 1959 . he keep asking these questiones all the time since he visited his village . he speaks very good Cypriot Greek . Last night i was with him he says we can't live anymore with them he says . he is disappointed what he has seen in his village . Why they never find the ways to look after those houses .. was it that much difficult .He says look at their places in here he says .... flower .... flower he says .... when these words comes out from his mouth i can see bitter of his eyes . he can easly cry .... Thats what upset our people Miltiades .when they hear that no one cares about their lost .
