What's the bet and what are we betting on?

The bet is that if Apoel qualifies to the final I will change my tag line on the bottom to "Paphites do Lefkosiates up the bum"

And if Peyia qualifies to the final you need to add onto your "Greek & Turks same cockroaches different sewers" (just cause I know you love GR so much)
