My dear insan. You are asking me to put myself in the shoes of a thief. You admit you stole what isn't yours. But it was the Greek Cypriots' fault. They made you steal their land and property! Everything is the Greeks' fault.
Stealing land that doesn't belong to you cannot be justified. Then building on it is downright reckless and insensitive. Instead, you must put yourself in the position of those whose land or property has been stolen and violated. How would you feel? Wouldn't you fight to get it back?
It was easy to steal what was lying abandoned. You found yourselves in an empty house with a large garden without any owners and with no police. The temptation was too great. But did you not think that the owners have rights and there is a law higher than the Turkish army?
That is all that has happened with the ECJ judgement. You cannot have what doesn't belong to you. It is time the Turkish Cypriots stopped feeling sorry for themselves. Anyone would think they were the victims in all this.
