Didn't President Christofias meet with the Pope to join forces against the continuation of such neglect and wanton sinful destruction? H. H. The Dalai Lama shares the same sentiments ... so perhaps the Faith-Leaders can form a cultural-protecting triumvirate.

... the Pope has an Army at his disposal

An army of lawyers will do. They need to get cracking.

I don't know about you but I want to see whether these priests have got any balls under their cassocks!

Wasn't the Church of Cyprus at least partly responsible for bringing the Turks to Cyprus to begin with?

You got it Paphiti!.....

This is the point of this thread. I am calling for the Church to redeem itself for its previous misdemeanours.

It's what Jesus would want.

O ye of little faith, YFred.... (go to the start of the thread where I first mentioned this).

And Jesus went into the temple of God, and cast out all them that sold and bought in the temple, and overthrew the tables of the moneychangers, and the seats of them that sold doves, And said unto them, It is written, My house shall be called the house of prayer; but ye have made it a den of thieves.
Matthew 21:12-13 (King James Version)

It is what Jesus would want.
