a. their full name,
b. address of the property they are currently tresspassing on and
c. details of any property or other assets within the EU that can be attached to satisfy a judgment

MrT, can you help us out here?

The company as a serperate entity may be registered in occupied areas, but the Director and Shareholder will have to be a non eu Citizen to escape any kind of liability or judgement from an EU court.

Why do you think directors of companies get prosecuted for company failures?

What has the weather got to do with it?

Kindly back up your assertions if you wish them to be taken seriously.

It is along time since I studied law but remember the case of Salomon v Salomon & Co 1897. Yoy may find it pertinent if you look it up.

You've got me worried now. I am a shareholder in several companies and didn't realise that it was possible to be liable for the acts of these companies. Now where is my Marks & Spencer and other share certificates! I must sell these shares straight away. 's

Hey Master T...
For the love of God, man. This is a public forum! If you're going to enter into a bout of mindless insult-trading, have the common decency to do so with a degree of wit, humour and eloquence. If I wanted to witness some name-calling from a snotty, badly brought up four-year-old, I'd visit a council-run kindergarten in a run-down housing estate.

Oh to have an imagination like yours.
I responded to one insult from one of your cronnies which is hardly a bout of mindless insult trading. You make no mention of the original one from one of your cronnies. What a surprise.
As far as name calling is concerned how about backing up your words with examples. If not shut up and visit one of your infant neighbours.
Feel free to visit one of your infant neighbours

What's with all the hyphens?

Here's a tip, Mr T... saying things twice diminishes rather then increases the wit-factor. And in any event, two times zero is till zero.

Mr. T wrote:So what is to stop anybody living in Northern Cyprus from setting up a limited liability company there then transferring the property to the company?.

Shareholders and companies are seperate legal entities and it would not matter one jot whether the shareholder had assets in the EU.

Food for thought.

You are obviously ignorant in law- ever heard the legal term

I admit my guilt in typing out words twice BUT where are the examples?

By the way I don't mind being called 'sir' but there is no need to go as far as to call me 'master'.

The wheels are turning in the TRNC to see what can be done to counter this clarification, there has even been suggestions the borders might close as to get a decision in the GC courts you have to serve papers, closure would not allow these papers to be served and at the same time be a slap in the face of the EU.

well if you think that your big and mighty to slap the EU why don't you close the borders? and stop winging and winning that the EU owes you something. Go on ahead and close the borders today.

Im only saying that something is a brewing in the TRNC and this was one of the ideas that everyone was talking about. The EU arent taken seriously here, they do not keep promises and are regarded as a waste of time. The borders can be closed one way of stoping GC courts ruling against TCs and Brits.
