ITALIANS WANT MUTUAL TRADE

Postby halil » Wed Apr 29, 2009 7:40 am

An Italian delegation consisting of officials from the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Bergamo is in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus to search for ways of improving trade relations between the two countries.

The delegation which is headed by Angelo Carrara is also holding committee meetings of the Chamber at the Acapulco Resort Hotel in Kyrenia until this Thursday.

Yesterday, Italian officials were received by President Mehmet Ali Talat.

They asked for the President’s support in efforts aiming to open the way for mutual trade between Italy and the TRNC.

The delegation also came together with members from the Cyprus Turkish Chamber of Tradesmen and Craftsmen.

Halil, we'll need all their names please in case we want to take them to court and seize their EU assets if any activity is deemed illegal.
