They can travel via Turkey to all the countries outside of the EU, that leaves them a pretty big playing field.

So why would anyone in the right mind opt for such a risky and restrictive life for the sake of some “villa” on disputed land/territory?

One can only imagine what other mess they must be involved in to find that kind of lifestyle acceptable! :?

Oh haven't you heard VP? The next thing we'll be ticking off our list will be Turkey's ban in flying from/to anywhere for breaching aviation licensing rules with "Ercan"! :lol:

These people are mainly here retired so they are more interested in drinking beer and soaking up the sun by their swimming pools.

dont think so the bloomberg article specifically states"summer homes"which means there there part time of the year.im sure many live all year round but they dont go to visit grandchildren in the UK?

House buyers pressure group in the TRNC quoted 24.000 homes so there must be a mixture plus other nationalities such as Isrealis and Russians, suprising lately Iranians.
