The opening sentence in the ECJ ruling.
How on earth can YFred still beleive that the British Courts will overturn the judgement is beyond me!!
Ready for a little flatter Fred ? Put your money where your mouth is as I have done !!
£200.00 SAYS THAT THE BRITISH COURTS WILL RUBER STAMP THE ECJ judgement.
What say you Fred ? my certain winnings will be donated to a good cause and it wont be a bottle of wine !!
From the mouth of the Orams solictor......."It is not a judgement but a recomendation"
It's a binding and final interpretation of EU law or as stated in the ECJ website (http://curia.europa.eu/jcms/jcms/Jo2_7024/presentation):
"The Court of Justice's reply is not merely an opinion, but takes the form of a judgment or reasoned order. The national court to which it is addressed is, in deciding the dispute before it, bound by the interpretation given. The Court of Justice's judgment likewise binds other national courts before which the same problem is raised."
We shall see!. I have given you the words of the Orams solicitor
Don't forget that the license to demolish the house will have to come from the TRNC....It will never happen.
They are only after the Orams' house in the UK, if she hasn't sold it by now. They are not likely to achive anything else with this case.

They know that they will not even get that mate....All the Orams have to do is AGREE to demolish the house......The license will be pending.....This is purely political. It will serve to highlight the Cyprob though...Of that we can be thankful.
