No there is a problem. The properties will continue to be worthless.

That was what this case was all about, YFred, to foreclose on assets the Orams have in the UK. Given that the original Cypriot court verdict can't be implemented in the north, remedy will have to be sought elsewhere, ie. by seizing their home in Hove.

I'm waiting for the EU to sort out the corruption in the South of the island regarding corrupt builders and worst of all corrupt solicitors who let their clients down regarding the title deed problems..
Solicitors who participate in the title deed farce should be struck off, their is little to choose between north and south Cyprus regarding corruption and illegal practice.
