Sounds as if the banks in the Occupied North, and presumably in Jurkey, could find themselves with some more Radioactive Assets.

we purchased pre 74 turkish title , did nothing wrong but how are we ever going to sell oue property here?
the orams have a lot to answer for!

Hi roseandchan

Do you not think that your property would be at a premium now for any potential buyer and therefore now be considered a wise investment should you wish to sell?

i say this on the supposition that nobody in their right mind would touch property other than that with pre 74 deeds

evening richard,
yes maybe at a premium but who in their right mind would by here right now?
we have also been buying some property in the uk as an investment, i have to call in with my uk lawyer every week, when i did this week, the first thing he said was"are you ok?"
i explained to him the situ and that yes we had no problems with our title deeds, he said he had seen the judgement news on the tv and thought of us, hoping we were ok.
so it has hit the e.u/uk and who is actually going to buy here?
i guess maybe with some of the bad press in the south, people may feel the same way?
