You've got to laugh. It's a bit late now calling on the 'TRNC' to save them. They were the ones who fleeced them in the first place. As for new investors, they're going to be full of confidence having to hide their identities and set up dodgy companies to buy property. And that still won't stop them getting their stealing arses sued. And what happens after a solution? There won't be a 'TRNC' then to hide behind. All too little, too late. The cat is out of the bag. Property in the north isn't worth the useless paper that came with it. Is that the sweet smell of panic in the air?

Here's a thought, if you "bought" property in the north with a bank loan/mortgage would you be inclined to keep up the payments or default to cut your losses. How do most carpetbaggers fund their acquisitions?
