they offered the t/c and turkey the port of famagusta to be administered by the EU and a joint t/c,g/c "port administration"in return to open Varoshia and the turkish ports to end the economic isolation and you said no.I

This exactly what was the spirit of Annan plan and, i believe also the target of present negotitions:They want to keep (officially) what they have and to obtain also a good share of South.This exactly what we are discussing with them so many years.Great Greeks and G/.cs politicians .

Episilon you have control of 63% of the island you have turned it into a GC state run by GCs and now you want 50% of the port run by TCs and the whole of Maraş, seems a little one sided to me. How about joint administration of all the ports and Maraş???
We control what we control not by invasion / occupation but for the simple reason we are in the Island for ,at least, 2500years.
You entitled to control what a minority is entitled in line with the international law and EU policies for minorities. Anything over this is illegal and should not be accepted.Needeless to say that actually you are two times minority -once against the G/cs and a second againt the settlers B.(because you belong to settlers A of 1578)
Read your constitution, you have hijacked and used what is also ours, denying us our rights to utilize what is ours.
Please do not use Cyprus consitution in a discussion with me. I consider it rediculus this constitution to be valid when it refers to T/cs rights but not valid when we refer to an invasion to the state representing this constitution.Of course is a matter of military power between the two sides but , at least, the G/cs leaders must stop to be rediculus behving like nothing happen in between. i.e. T/cs, being part of population represented by this consitution, cooperated and still cooperating with a foreign army against their own state!!!is any country in the world which would accept these civilians to continue to have rights?They do not pay taxes to the official state but they still have free medical care, they still issue passports, they still have all the rights (if they want) but at same time they are paying taxes to occupation forces / work for them and on behalf of them etc.
Can you imagine a Greek of Istanbul to be proved that he works in favor of Greek intelligence services? Then which constitution would protect him ?
When did you tear up your constitution? the day you do the TRNC will be recognized and you will have to set up a new country. Our rights stem form these agreements which you have hijacked and contibuted to the division of this island due to our differencies those differencies still exsist and are what we are tryint to resolve this does not mean our rights as TCs have disappeared. ıts the Gcs who cliam they represent all Cypriots thats why they have to recognize our rights and negotiate with us.
