House prices in Tala

Hi all im new to the forum and coming out to Tala in paphos in three weeks time its my third visit now and was thinking of buying a small house there, so i was after a bit of advice as regards the prices of say a two bedroomed house or flat please and is anyone from there on this forum also any other advice would be nice...
