It's been abandoned since 74 and i bought it from a local GC.

Hang on, so you bought a mosque from somebody that it doesn't belong to and now you are trying to sell it on??

No of course not, it's all legit.

As you know this was a Turkish village prior to the division. The TC mayor of that village sold the mosque onto a GC in 98 for a handsome sum so he could build a new mosque in the north. I think his name was Hassan and he currently resides in a village called Kumyali in the north.

Regardless, i've acquired the property as i'm building up a porfolio of property for development and sale.

This mosque is rather a big building in good condition. It was built around 1960s. The picture below is kind of old so it's not looking it's best, the garden has been well maintained since the photo was taken.

If it's legit, fair enough... you must admit it sounds a little dodgy on face value... a GC selling a mosque, come on re!

Do you have the deeds from the Land Registry? What planning restrictions are there?
