Actually, if we can get a copy it would be great for all those laptops that don't have XP drivers.

i run both ....i have two state of the art machines ...8 processors etc ...xp is better ...visita is cool ,,,MS knows it fucked up with vista ..i use ultimate ..look to MS taking its time to release new OS ..ESPECAILLy with recessions lasting two more years

i love both OS ...and i have been happy to work with MS products since 1995 ......

windows 7 looks very good used the beta version to. microsoft had it for download on their website

My happiness with MS products stopped in 1998. :(

to be honest ,,it has more tweaking i have the vista ultimate on a 3k pc ..and it flies ...i have a lot of software ...it isnt really worth the OS upgarde and to be honest i like 2000 ...

i used UNIx AND others ...and i have to say i have supportted and worked with MS products for years ...i love MS ...

Don't love them too much because they will never bother to improve.

they changed the taskbar and added features like when i open ie or a program it opens up in the taskbar so if i open two ies it doesernt take up space ... a lot more new features aparantly built on user feedback but these are just betas and i did not use it for long

my pc ...runs on 8 pro cessors ,8 gb of ram ...it flies ... i got a alienware opc which i run on XP it too flies

i have two servers running 2000/xp ,.,,,, i have unix too but im moving away from them types of OS .,...eveytime i talk to techie ...they have weird hobbies to discuss with me ....fixuations with the star wars ,star trek or lord of the ring pieces ... they all do my head head

anyway good bless bill gates for DOS ...and everyone out there keep IT nerding like me ...but get out there and train too
