Even if you had 20Gb of RAM, my 2Mb XP would still be faster than yours so quit wasting your hardware on a bloated heap of shit! Image

Here's a great background for you... :)

I had bougth a brand new laptop with Vista and think that it is the best thing since sliced bread.

I find it very fast, and efficient. It is light on resources and my dual processors are not overburdened although the laptop does have a lot of capacity to run very resource intensive programs.

I guess people just don't like change too much.

plus soon microsoft will stop working on it to..

Have you noticed how faster and more effective a PC sold with Vista becomes when used with XP?
Vista uses too much of your PC's resources.
Q-Why do you think every new Microsoft OS requires more computing power than the previous OS?
A-Because Microsoft wants to sell you a new computer with every new OS.

Besides, tell me a Vista function XP cannot do..(forget the gimmicks)

Sotos wrote:A friend of mine was given a Laptop from his college and it came with Vista. But the specs of the Laptop were not very good, especially the RAM, and Vista was running very slow on it. I install for him XP and everything is running good ever since! And I continue using XP Pro also. Vista has some improvements but they put too much eye candy bloat on it. If I wanted eye candy I would get a Mac!!

Nice1 Soto...I agree 100%

Microsoft has every right to discontinue a product for whatever reason.

As I said before, you can always use Ubuntu or any other Linux-based OS, which are FREE.

I plan to test the new version of Ubuntu on my old PC, when I find the time! :D

As if amateurs like you and Paliometoxo even know what “32bit" or “64bit” means, let alone put it to any good use!

Like he admitted earlier… you go to a shop, choose the prettiest one on the counter and buy it!

I’ll bet you’ve both still got the manufacturer’s windows installed with all the bloat-ware intact!

Palio, you're a man of obvious taste and style. Get a mac and kiss goodbye to virusesses.
