Miltiades we are two steps forward from Londoners .

Every saturday we do meetings . a)Today we were in Settlers restaurant at Lokmaci .It does not make any difference for us .Also we agreed today with talking on the forum does not help at all for us to know each other and understand each other . we are extending our meeting poupalation as well .with next meeting our kids ,wifes will be rady as well .
last Thursday we meet in Greek restaurant in Ledra street . İt was great and joy full too .

Looks like all the fanatics are around u Miltiades but u have Deniz , Mucahit and trust YFred as well . u will suprise with him . why i am telling u is because b)i know his broathers they are hundred miles forward than me about CP.

a) Was that the name of the restaurant or are you rubbing salt into wounds

When it is convenient for as many as possible . You are one of my favourites Bubble , would love to meet you , and I do mean it , take no notice of Oracle , I dont bite or spit , she is infatuated with me and I can understand why she is bitchy , jealousy you know !! I must confess I have this effect on the older birds , its to do with my distinguished no nonsense look , I just go along to keep the old dears happy !!

Remember Im in the Catering trade indirectly so I do get to know a lot about restaurants not least the habit that some have in serving POFAGIA.

Greek restaurants unfortunately are notorious for serving left overs.
Guys I have been involved with the catering trade for over 40 years .
We do not have in London decent Greek restaurants . Full stop !!

I dined with Lena , remember Lena, at the Conrad , now called Wyndham Chelsea Harbour , for a fabulous meal .
My all time favourite eatery is the top room at Hilton Park Lane , now called Galvin at Windows.
In the old days I used to have Sunday lunch for £49.99 with unlimited Champagne !! The bouffet was excellent with a choice of Roasts.
However I think it would be nice to meet at a Cypriot venue .

The most "strange" thing i faced in UK was the many small reasturants with Greek names , like Aphrodite or Acropolis (London/Edinburgh) with Turks or T/cs owners. I discovered this by the "EFES" bears.
