I am all for helping those who are finding it hard but pay them their benefits for an good days work, if they are able.

I agree Purdey, the benefit system seems to benefit the ones who haven't put in to it
a friend of mine was made redundant and was expected to live on £40 a week, £5 of which he had to give the CSA, he had worked since leaving school and never claimed anything before  He is now working again and paying in so that the scroungers can benefit

Lazy f*****s should get to work!

Unfortunately, they know what side of the bread is buttered. Do you think they are shtupid? Its the councils/goverments fault. The lazy sods have more money to spend than me.

O , what gave you the idea that you possess the minutest amount of logic !!!
In a perfect world where men , modern day men , would have the unenviable task of maintaining, servicing and pampering an array of modern day sirens , you my dear O would undoubtedly be the prized "lafiro "that each and every , modern day man , including Miltiades The Great , would risk life and limp for , as far as logic though that is another matter !

No, its the UK Goverments fault. If I claimed I would only get £40 per week, which would be an effing insult, and I would probably end up telling them to shove it where the sun don't shine!

My wife retired 2 years ago, because we had four children with a wide age difference she didn't get credited with enough pension credits, the result is that she doesn't receive a full pension, had she been an immigrant or asylum seeker she would have got the full amount.

My mum made the mistake of working hard all her life and saving money, she gets a pension of £50 a week!
