Are you kidding me

Are you joking me? Cyprus would be paradise if it wasn't full of corrupt money grabbing, selfish arogant, uncivilised ignorant Cypriots.

I've visited many places in this world, and i've lived in more than one country, and one thing I know for sure is that the Cypriots are not civilised, they are zenophobic, unprofessional and pompus. There is no such thing as a professional evironment in Cyprus, it's chaos, and the people that run things are the most uncivilised ignorant people of all!! I have never seen anything like it. It's time Cypriots were brought back down to Earth, and stopped thinking they are some sort of super race. They will ruin Cyprus and in the end nobody will come here on holiday , and we will be riding donkeys, not Mercedes!!!

Hav'nt got a clue ....

just thought I'd lighten up the thread a little

Must say when i visited Limassol in march for the first time in many years it had changed beyond all belief from when I lived there in Omonoia which was then on the outskirts and now it seems almost central

Southern Cyprus seems to have become one big building site with building still going on.
What are you going to do with all the empty new buildings.
Even nature reserves have been destroyed and housing estates erected.
Everything is expensive and the English are leaving (You may well say bloody good job too)
When I spoke to a Taverna manager he said OK the English may well not visit for holidays but the Cypriot's best friends the Russians will.
He also pointed out that there was a three tier charge system, one for the Greeks, one for the tourist and one for the Turkish.
Every other Cypriot seems to have an Asian maid who is expected to work all hours for very little in return and is treated like shit.
Here in the UK the adverts on TV say visit the Island of love that has 350 days of sunshine a year?
You had a magnificent Island with wonderful beaches but no longer, the only escape to true beauty is up in the mountains but how long will they escape the never ending development.
