I had a very bad experience picking prickly pears in N. Africa many years ago. Please keep them away from me H.

are u sure they are wild flower ?

Saturday afternoon i pictured many wild flowers around my house . i don't know most of them names but i see them always sice my child hood .... can u imagine i will be 52 in 5th may and i don't know most of it names ....

here it is some of them ...let and see how many of us know their names.

On Mart 9, we used to walk up the mountains from the school in Kyrenia and pick these. They last forever. In Turkish they were called the 'forever flower'/'ebediyen ölmezi or something like that. Do they have a proper name? Anyone?

Turks from Turkey calls :FRENK INCIRI or MISIR INCIRI (Mısır=Egpt, Incir=Fig) must be Egption figs or Frenk (may be France ?????????)
