Until recently, one of my sisters was seriously over-weight and I was less than sympathetic, as is a brother's duty. For some months she has watched the amount she eats and goes for long walks a couple of times a day and this simple regime has restored her former slimmess, so much so, that she'll be wearing a bikini, for the first time in years, on a Cy beach somewhere near you this Summer....
... and I'm calling her "skinny" rather than "fatty". Duty being duty.
Well done to your sister Bill.
My problem is not overeating as such (though I do occasionally) it is the lack of exercise - though I have now rectified the latter (not very much over the last week sadly!)I too will be in my bikini this year - God willing!
... and she's far more self-confident.
Good luck gori.
Yes, well done indeed, it isn't easy and people who have never struggled with their weight don't understand......
Tell me about it...
